Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to your appointment are eligible for a refund of the deposit. If you do not receive your refund within 7-10 business days, please contact me directly. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. To cancel, please reach out to me directly. Rescheduling Policy - Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. - Reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will require a new deposit. - If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule. - Transferred booking fees must be used within 30 days and can only be transferred once. No-Show/Same-Day Cancellation Policy - Deposits will be forfeited for no-shows or same-day cancellations. Late Policy - Please arrive on time or up to 10 minutes early. - Arriving late reduces the time available for your service, and I may not be able to provide a full service. Booking Policy - A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your total, with the remaining balance due at the end of your service. - All services are non-refundable. Accepted Payment Methods: - Card - Cash - Zelle - Venmo - Apple Pay Lash Aftercare Policy (24-48 Hours Post Appointment) - Extreme Fallout: If you experience significant lash fallout due to natural causes, contact me within 48 hours for a free touch-up. Aftercare is your responsibility. - Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction within 24-48 hours, I will remove your lash set for free. Please note: No refunds will be issued. Guests I kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment. If you need to bring someone, please notify me in advance, as my space is limited.
